University Library of the Medical University of Vienna: Author-title catalogue "Medizinhistorische Dissertationen 1700-1850".The author-title catalogue "Medizinhistorische Dissertationen 1700-1850" (historical medical dissertations) contains approximately 5.000 medical dissertations, published between 1700 and 1850. Some of these dissertations, which are located in the branch library for history of medicine, are written in latin. The cataloguing was done using the "Preußische Instruktionen" ("Prussian instructions" - an historical german catalogue code.)Each index card offers the opportunity to change or correct the OCR-read full texts. The changes made will immediately become visible and searchable.
